New Avaya Certified Design Specialist Credential for Avaya Oceana™ Solution (ACDS -3480)

Avaya Learning is pleased to release the newly developed Avaya Certified Specialist Credential for Avaya Oceana™ Solution (ACDS -3480).
The ACDS – Avaya Oceana™ Solution certification is:
- the perfect experience, enabling to use any device: mobile, web, phone at any moment;
- the preservation of context throughout one’s journeys by capturing all interaction data;
- the combination of past interaction info from the existing systems with real-time experience data from Oceana.
Credential requirements.
Earning the ACDS – Avaya Oceana™ Solution Design credential requires successful completion of the following:
- Avaya Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Compliance Online Test (4990A) and
- Avaya Oceana™ Solution Design Fundamentals Online Test (3470T) and
- Avaya Oceana™ Solution Design Exam (3480X) Available Curriculum and Competency Measurements
The following recommended curriculum and Online Tests are available on the Avaya Learning Center (www.avaya-learning.com). You can also check out the Avaya section at ExamCollection.
The Avaya Oceana™ Solution Design Exam (3480X) can be taken at Pearson VUE Testing Centers (www.vue.com/avaya) targeted for availability in October 2017.
