Hi every one I passed my CCAN exam by today with score of 876 all question were from this dums only three or four new question, the simulation was the exaxct from 9tute.com with small changes with IP or name of router like this and nothing extra some simulation. but remember to work hard to read dumps it is was really difficult. you must focus on any small point and mostly have logical knowledge. the answer selection is changing up or down and so on

so take care and study well, try to understand the concepts , don't just momorize the answers because at cisco exam you cant make revise for you answers, there is just one button Next, and there is no button back

passed with 973 marks..all sims r same from 9tut with less modification...qstns from collisio 486 still very much valid...just understand (Refer to the exibit, SwX was taken out of the production network for maintenance. It will be reconnected to the Fa 0/16 port of Sw-Ac3. What happens to the network when it is reconnected and a trunk exists between the two switches?).tis is the only one qstn twisted in vtp sim..

dont memorize the vtp labs..u dont have to just click on the radio button there 1st configure it and thn clck the button..cz i got all my qustn not with the same answer as shown in the 9tut.com..but the qustn was the same..configure it and bangggggg.

----->whether ip nat inside applied on each sub interface of router connected to the lan or on the main interface.
------>some people are spreading rumour that "in the EIGRP Lab Central router and all other router are not connected to the ISP router and the solution will be to use NAT to connect the EIGRP routers to ISP "
NOOO000. i also had EIGRP LAB and central router and all other routers of EIGRP 212 were not connecting the ISP but they said in the Question that All other routers are connecting the ISP. then i just concentrated on the EIGRP not on the connection of EIGRP routers to ISP.and Never Ever use NAT in the EIGRP LAB just focus on the EIGRP configuration as discussed in the 9tut.

This is a tricky one - at first it kind've tricked me too, although now the answer is more clear.

What is the valid reason for a switch to deny port access to new devices when port security is enabled

A. The denied MAC address have already been learned or configured on another secure interface in the same VLAN. -> I've tested it that if one MAC is already learned or configured on one port, it cannot be learned or configured on another port => this is the right answer
B. The denied MAC address are statically configured on the port. -> only the secure MAC addresses are configured on the port
C. The minimum MAC threshold has been reached. -> not a valid reason; maybe if the maximum threshold has been reached (this refers to the maximum number of MAC addresses that are allowed to pass that port)
D. The absolute aging time for denied MAC address have expired. -> the aging times determines how long the secure MAC addresses that have been learned dynamically should stay; when the aging time expires, the switch is able to learn new secure MAC addresses.

The question asking you is why THE SWITCH deny this NEW DEVICES if port security is enabled and give me a valid reason?????Even though you statically configure the MAC of this new devices still will deny because of the violation. Do you think If I unplugged the device that already learned and connect it again will deny that device? The trick question is already LEARNED and CONFIGURE but if you think A is a good answer, I won't force you to agree with me. I'm just answering your question because I did this already and pass.

@Prabha The answer is B because the port has already got a MAC address statically mapped to it and the new device's MAC address does not match the one in its MAC address table for that port ergo it is denied, the port would need to be re-mapped to the MAC address of the new device.hope this helps ;-)

What I mean is NEW DEVICES. This could be Server, Printer, Workstation, Switch, Router, PBX, or whatever. Those devices or end nodes has to be configured statically or else they will be denied if port-security configurations was enable. I hope you understand. 4) Study Todd Lammle's CCNA guide.probably the best book to study subnetting!! after you complete every chapter work out the book back practice questions 20 per chapter and then take a chapter wise test with jericho's dumps
5) go and attend the test with 100% confidence as all the questions will surely come from the jericho's & collisio's dumps. Pass guarantee!!!

I think question 50 of 71 in the Switching (STP/RSTP) section has the wrong answer. What two states are the port states when RSTP has converged.
Answer listed: Disabled and Forwarding
I think it should be Blocking and Forwarding

Sorry Bill, I only have this VCE file. Most of these files I used Collisio version, Certify me, Pass4sure, and other sites I researched. Then, I combined them and created this VCE file. That is why I have 576q and Collision have 486q.

I have scored 960, just before 2hours, the exam was quite easy. the labs were vlan&vtp , eigrp , acl2, the vtp was the same from 9tut with no change.
eigrp concept was the same. acl2 some what tricky so go through modifications in 9tut. mcqs u can refer from acme collision and jericho and 9tut. properly go through concept of mcqs from 9tut. thanks a lot to 9tut,exam collection,jericho, shekar.

Which type of routers and switches are best to practice with,??? since some routers do not support the same commands,as which might be found on the exam..

@Haris, by the time you take the test in April or May. the entire dump will change and the questions you are doing right now won't be valid or only a few will still be good. Best bet is know the materials.

i failed cause simultion in the exam was too hard,how can i improve myself in the simulation?

@GLEN, you have to purchase the program (microsoft cert exam) to open up all the questions. If not, you're only going to get a preview of it. The program is worth buying and I believe you have to pay the people who put there hardwork in making this software. Coming from a guy who programs myself.@MAX, this is a good practice questions. Please read the books and understand the materials and you should be fine.

I wrote my ICND2 on Friday, scoring 800 (Failed) after studying my ass off!
Is this dump updated? As the dumps on ICND2 is way outdated, and only got about 25% of the Qs in the exam. Please reply, as I want to rewrite next week.

Good luck, let us know what's up. I know Cisco modified (updated) some of their questions but if you pause and take a closer look, you'll find out the answer. Most of them are the same concept, Cisco just shuffle them a bit.

Don't worry my friend, I failed in my first try too. Take your time and study. When I found out about this site, I download the collisio version. I research a lot that's why I added more questions and edited some of the mistakes. This version is my custom made, I used it to pass the exam. I got a 920/1000 on the test and I like to share this version to everyone. Keep practicing, you'll get it soon. Good Luck.
