I passed this exam today 9xx. use book from Addis Hallmark and dumps from lead2cert 275 (all questions was from this dump), but in this dump so many errors in answers. every question was double checked from cisco online documentation. Are these new questions anything outside of expected knowledge of the TVOICE (based on the TVOICE courseware)? Are these new questions multiple choice or other?

Yes, there are more than 10 new questions. Rest of the questions are covered in this dump. One new question was , what is the default attenuation level of a Cisco gateway.

So has it changed completely? OR are most of the questions the same but some new ones? I need to take this soon but if Cisco is F'n with the test I'm not going to obviously!

There is new questions about DHCP, Call Control Discovery and tshoot call setup.

Concerning the database, media ressources and application issues there is no change.

Dump is valid. I passed today 88X. I got low score because I believed many questions in this dump had wrong answered. Therefore I did my research trying to find correct answers and I used my answers in the test. But looking at score I got, perhaps dump questions have correct answers after all. Therefore I would suggest stick to dump's answers even thought they look doubtful on many questions.
