yesterday I passed with 1000/1000. This dump is still valid. Very few questions out of the dump. I studied dumps from Sandy and gogy. They both are same. Only few differences. Simulations from digitatut.com. There are some changes in simulations but you can manage you if understand those simulations and go for the exam. All D&D from chicken rice and very little change in bgp attributes D&D. But It is all right. If you knows about local preference and MED as in dump then you can manage it. Because other two options goes under the weight attributes. There are two new questions from eigrp load balacing with variance 2 and variance 3 command. You don't need to worry for your CCNA certificate because your CCNA is already extended to expire since you've passed the CCNP (Route) exam. Likewise, when you pass CCNP (Switch) exam, you don't need to think about the CCNP (Route) expire date because Cisco want us to be familiar with their technology. All of your certificates are going to expire and useless when you don't take their exam anymore after 3 years. I hope my explanation provide you to understand. ;) :) x)

maybe 2 new questions but with good preparation (i used cisco press pdf too) you don't have to worry

I passed my Route Exam yesterday.got 4 sims.
1) Eigrp Redistribution.
2) OSPF configuration (IP 192.168.39.5 255.255.255.252) (network = 192.168.39.4) ..On this one they asked to configure totally stuby area on Lynaic router but configuration was locked so I configured Totally stubby area on Portland router. got 100% in this.

3) PBR - Exactly same.

4) OSPF-IPV6 Virtual link (Exactly same)

There was one new option in BGP LOCALPREF and WEIGHT D&D.
The answer to that option is BGP. Rest were same.

Chicken Rice DnDs are 100%
and i got no question out of the dump. This is Valid 100%. There may be new questions depending on which pool you get questions from. I posted the questions which i was able to gather!!! Good luck to you all

There was an exhibit with the 3 paths with mentions of eigrp metric and asked
if the varince is put to 3 in exhibit then why all of 3 paths are not used by
eigrp
Ans: because the 3rd path doesn't meet the feasiblity condition
and this path's adv distance is greater then the FD of succer

2nd was about Hex to decimal of the ip
In questions there was asked about ipv6 ffff::AC11:AC11 is converted from the ip ???
Ans: ffff::172.11.172.17

3rd was about the removing of inter-area and external routes with flexiblity of passing
the external routes through that area

Ans:totally Nssa

4th was in exhibit two pcs are running ipv6 and router between them was running ipv4
which technique we use to make their communication possible

note for the ospf lap they ask u to make area 2 as a tootally stub but you can't since in router for you can't enter the config mood so i make the configuration for the area 1.

Digitult is great help for simulation but you need to be careful minor changes in IPs, Area IDs and interfaces. Some minor tasks are also included in simulations. See comments of people in digitult that will help you to understand minor changes. e.g
1) For Redistribution: Use shortest path
2) Policy Routing: IPs and interfcaces Names changed
3) OSPF: Area IDs and stuck in stub configuration.

Passed Today 1000/1000 :).
My personal experience:
1) Be aware of minor changes in IPs, Interfaces and Area Ids in simulations.
2) Suck to configure stub area for OSPF Simulation. I got following area IDs
Area 40- Area 0-Area 1
Task
1) To allow ping between area 1 and 40
2) Area 1 to be totally stubby

I completed task 1 succeefully but stuck to cofigure routers in area 1 as a totally stubby beacuse configuration changes was locked in area1.

After a lot of thinking I used my guess. might be misprinting here and need to configure area 40 as a totally stuby. So I used my guess and configured area 40 as a totally stubby. Got 100% in this simulation :).

I studied Jeremy CBT nuggets, degitaltut,gogy, ChickenRice and comments from different people. You will not feel difficulty and Thanks for all these resources.

Passed today with 965. 52 questions, i think there something wrong with the labs, redistribution and ipv6 ospf sim, coz i did same as gogy,, but dint get 100%. gud luck to all. THanks gogy, p4s.

Confirm, this dump still valid. I pass with 976/1000 .I found new 3 questions that you can find them in digitaltut.com. And 2 lab sims has changed a little bit question but the method of solution and topology still same as this dump.

the redistribute command tells the router to take not only routes learned by the source routing protocol, but also connected routes on interfaces enabled with that routing protocol-including passive interfaces.

Page 304:

when the redistribute command refers to another IGP as the routing
source, it tells the router to redistribute the following:
- All routes in the routing table learned by that routing protocol
- All connected routes of interfaces on which that routing protocol is enabled

forgot to mention that topology table is not redistributed only what is on the routing table (in any protocol)

route 10.10.10.16/28 will be in EIGRP topology table (via connected) thus it will be redistributed

In my opinion, when redistributing from one protocol to another, connected routes covered by a network statement would be considered part of the protocol being redistributed. Answer B I would say. But many dumps, including this one, state that the correct answer is D.
