I think it should be applied to int Fa0/0 in order to filter the traffic from the LAN, I mean if i applied the policy on S0/0/0 Web traffic may routed to Fa0/1 as there is nothing prevent them to go in this way . i hope this clear for you :)

On the Polciy-based Routing, should the policy be applied to interface fa0/1 and not s0/0/0? And perhaps help me understand why.

only the ips and the name changes

in my ospf Sim i was asked to ping from 1 router to last routers loopback add
which did nt happen even after trying a lot but after getting my score i wonder what kind of marking system cisco has any ways thanks to whoever uploaded this dump

Based on theory ans is ok. But practically OSPF process can run prior making any interface up.
