Static routes are configured with lower administrative distances than OSPF routes
meaning that static routes override OSPF routes, provided they pertain to the same destination prefix.

Because static routes and directly connected routes admin distance is less than ospf, static routes and directly connected routes will only populate the routing table of R1

The process ID is local to the router, and two OSPF neighboring routers can have different OSPF process IDs
Unlike EIGRP for example, the process id does not have to match between 2 neighbors for a neigborship to establish.
You can run multiple OSPF processes on the same physical router and the process id would be how the router distinguishes between the processes. Also when redistributing OSPF into another routing protocol you need to specify the process id.

Failed, 563, a lot of new questions.

Passed exam with a very high score less than 5 days ago. Do all the questions from NADA!! Exact questions and answers in the exam. Very few questions new (DO ICND2 questions in 9tut.com for that). Practice frame relay and EIGRP Practical concepts well, cause the sims were on these (Sims had exact questions as on 9tut.com. You only need show commands, no config needed). Also had OSPF Scenario multiple choice based question (Same as in Nada)

This practice exam by nada is current and Phenomenal. Lot of explanations. I took the test on 5/31/2014 and got a 986. The only thing you really need to know aside from the examples given in this practice sim (learn the questions, love them.) is your show commands. Show frame-relay map, sh ip int bri, sh run etc. Run through all of the questions on this one about six times and you will be just fine. Highly recommend.

This dump is still valid as at 2nd May. I would say 95% valid. Only 2-3 new questions. and the ospf as well. The guy who said 85% valid and that we were most likely to fail had me a bit worried for a minute there. Smh. I got 93X.

What version of VCE is needed for this file?

For those concerned about the OSPF question referenced by Eclipsio, Ciscoita and several others, the answer in the test file is absolutely wrong, the correct answer is "R2 will obtain a full routing table, including a default route, from R1."

Explanation: For the command [router ospf 1], 1 is the process ID, not the ospf area. Process ID is locally significant, but has no bearing on the area of the network statements that follow. All three network interfaces are participating in area 0, along with all of R2's interfaces.

This configuration will allow for a neighbor relationship between R1 & R2 to form, but it results in a routing loop in area 0. R2 will see the default route of 0.0.0.0 via R1, but R1 shoves the packets right back out to R2.

Note that this is not the only vce with an incorrect answer for this question.

Passed 4/30 with 920 out of 1000. Only two questions I had were not from this dump. Something about Netflow continuity... Other than that, this dump is 100% valid. I had the troubleshoot EIGRP labs. No configuration was required in either of them, just show run and show ip protocol commands. Mismatched K Values was the trickiest reason why EIGRP wasn't functioning. Overall, know this dump... study cbtnuggets for the concepts... and you will be GREAT!

Ok Q39. This bugged me. The thing to note is that there are a few variations of this question floating around. If we take this specific question. I couldn't accept the different answers so I created the sim on GNS3 and run debug to see for myself (what I had already thought). Now on the dump there is a blatent mistake in the explanation talking about OSPF 1 when it's not even mentioned in the question. So it's clear that the explanation is wrong and also the answer of A is also wrong. The sending of a default route has no baring on an OSPF routing adjacency. So what the debugs on the sim showed was that if we take this topology and question as is, then an adjacency is formed and the when R2 tries forward packets to an unknown destination then a routing loop happens as the default route keeps sending the packet back in the direction of R2.

PS The default route is seen in the routing table of R2. The correct setup should be that the default route should be pointing out of S1/0 not S0/0 which causes the loop. This question isn't concerned about the routing loop so taking all criteria into account answer B is the only correct option.

Please be aware in the exam the answers in a a bit of a jumbled up order. finished the exam quite quickly. There were two questions on EIGRP. The frame relay question was basically show commands. Make sure you know your port security modes I had 3 questions on this. Not a bad exam, many thanks to Nada for the awesome JOB!!

Study this and you will be completely fine. I just passed with a 986. I got the eigrp lab. Pretty simple to figure out. Just use show ip route, sh run, show interfaces and you will be ok. The other two labs are from this dump. In short, study this and check 9tut for the eigrp. Now on the stuff that I actually have to study for.

Passed the exam, I had new EIGRP simulation with show commands which has 4 questions (see Dragan's comment below). Two more simulations (OSPF & FR) with show commands. Be careful with FR simulation as the ip address, DLCI numbers and branch office names were changed. Thank GOD!! i'm officially CCNA certified today, did the ICND2 exam this morning(05-04-14)and folks let me tell you that exam is no walk over. Check the 9tut site for the labs, the drag an drop all 4 of them in this dump are accurate I got 3 of them, there were alot of new questions though, about 8-10 and all other questions were from here but were changed around, let me say a heart felt thank you to Nada and ExamCert for providing me with the much needed help to attain my CCNA. I have to agree with hubahuba about Q39, it should be answer B, full routing table including default route. The OSPF process has no bearing on the area and which routers can form a neighborship.

EIGRP's AS on the other hand does need to be the same.

Hello,just completed CCNA (200-101),most of the questions were from Nada dump,but 2 new EIGRP simulations showed up (4+4 questions) why router 1 and 6 cannot form adjacency:invalid K values,why router 1 cannot ping router 6:router 1 have no 10.0.0.5 network listed,just use sh run and sh ip proto commmands to answer all 8 sim questions,detect whether auto-summary is on or off,also one new question about summarization (chose three summary addresses.For Frame Relay sim use sh frame map command.
Don't relay on dumps only,but throughly study EIGRP protocol and concept (Todd Lammle's book),otherwise,you are probably about to fail exam.Good luck fellas !
