Hi, good ppl. Jst 1 question**is this dump still valid? Wanna take the exam. Please assist.

@spankemdank - But 802.11g does NOT operate at 5GHz regardless if phones today do. The dump is wrong.

I studied this whole dump along with Sybex Net+ by Lammle and all I gotta say is..I raped that test. I probably missed 3 questions total. A lot of the questions I studied from this dump was almost word for word. Good luck.

John, You may be right but if you look at alot of major wireless home or office telephones these days they advertize "5GHz" frequency operation so think about it, it could be plausible.

I've found a few wrong answers in this dump. For example:

just passed on friday.got 821-900. this helped alot. u really only need to take exam A. but if u wanna test urself with other questions then go ahead. but like the other guy said , they usually only change the name and sometimes they change the questions abit. so the best thing to go is study what the purpose is of each protocol and u should be fine.

Passed my exam yesterday. This Dump was really helpful. Use this dump N10-005 (By mike 620q) and the N10-004 (Biglee 555q). Caution: Its quite confusing.

Just passed my Net+ on Friday.. Mike and Vivian's are probably the best.. I didn't buy a book or anything, just used those two dumps.

Just took this today and used ONLY this (I have a history of Networking and did NetEssentials in school a while back). I'd say that like 85% came from this dump. Passed with 814! I'm guessing this will only be good for a little while longer..

I passed with 860 today at Pearson Vue. All you need to study is this dump. About 95% came but make sure to double check some of the answers in the dump because they are incorrect. Good luck to all.

873 today. Most of the questions came from this dump and some from Vivians. If you study this dump alone( and know which are the wrong answers) you will pass. Also read the Network+ Lammle book.

I did all of Vivian's dump and all of Mikes. there are conflicting answers that I had to google. RDP is port 3386, Private Address for a class A is 10.0.0.0 not 4.4.4. Just to warn you all. Google it if you think it is wrong or confusing. I take my test tomorrow.

I am new to this site. But just wanted to say what a great help this site was. I passed the N10-005 today with a score of 887. I used this test and the Vivian test which I believe are the same. In addition to the Network + Book written by Todd Lammle. I agree with aquaruiz23 in that 95% of the questions were on this site. In fact the verbage was identical. I hope you all have great success. Took the exam this afternoon over at a Peason Vue Testing Center in Bloomfield, NJ. Passed it with a score of 860/900! Hands down about 95% of the questions in this dump appeared in the test, almost to the very exact wordings! I didn't do all 600 something questions on this dump so those other questions I never saw here might actually even be on this.

There was really nothing to worry about, a few questions were tricky and never seen before and had me thinking for a while, but the rest were straight out of this dump. By the end of the test, I had nearly an hour left to go through everything again. Again, as I had said before, I solely rely on this dump to prep me for the test, plus the other website I previously mentioned in my other post, just to make sure the answers on this dump are correct, plus some extra random questions that I've never seen before. Other than that, a couple of years in experience with basic networking and that's it.

To other test takers, as I had mentioned before, there is no difference between Prometric and Pearson Vue. Don't listen to those saying they are different. Again, they are just providers not test makers! CompTia are the test makers! If anybody ever by any unfortunate event receives a battery of questions that's completely different from this dump, well, guess what, CompTia has thousands of questions to choose from so you might just be unlucky. However, generally, they should at least be 70-80% the same most of the time.

So good luck to everyone else! :) It is safe to rely on this but always browse through other sites to see a different variety of questions, and always research the answers you get wrong and learn why you got them wrong! It will help! :D

same exact thing here wickedang3l.. study the exam guide from mike myers and studied this dump and vivians dump, about 60-70% of the questions came from both dumps nearly worded exactly the same. rest were similar in form and with a basic knowledge network+, you can pass easily. passed with an 893 at a pearsonvue location

Tested on 5/3/12, studying thoroughly using Mike Myers' Network+ All-In-One for concepts and this book for question study.

Can anyone confirm that these questions only works for Prometric and not Pearson Vue. Also if anyone plans to take it with Prometric, next Friday is the last day you can purchase a CompTIA voucher from Prometric because in two months they are going to being testing exclusively with Pearson Vue. So if it is true that these questions only work with Prometric, I have a week to purchase the voucher and two months to take the test, please confirm anyone, thank you.

I passed the exam yesterday at a Prometric centre in Australia 847/900. The questions were very similar thought but be advised that this BD has some few incorrect ones. Try to go thru the entire 500 q's and you'll nail it.

I took the exam 4/21/12 and passed with an 880 out of 900. I used this dump and Vivians's dump which are basically the same. You can safely use this and Vivian's dump as a study tool.

This dump have to many mistakes, rather use any of the other dumps!

HI TPSK, I don;t different people are sharing different view so we are confused which one good to exam center but i heard both have same question not different but i have no idea. hope some can help which dump is good and which exam center good to get all question.

Guys, we have 4 dumps for 005. Some of you could please tell which one is valid? and Is there any difference between schedule through Prometric or Vue? I though that there was not difference and exam was the same..

JK, I question your score because you are claiming dumps aren't valid in half a dozen dumps over two completely different tests. You have comments in the 004 section claiming it didn't work out either. You do know these are separate tests, right? Which test did you take specifically? The 004 or the 005?

I took my exam via Pearson Vue and the questions were different only 15 Questions came from the dump.unless you go via Prometric then you will have like 100% dump questions.thats all I can say.

JK are you getting the N10-005 and the N10-004 mixed up? I ask because you reference using a BigLee dump in an earlier post and there is no such dump for the 005. Please respond.

I tested with Pearson Vue they are testing centre is in Windhoek west Salk street.
I passed with my Networking experience and good understanding of the Networking,only 15 Questions came from the dumps the rest it was totally different.did you wrote yours or not yet?

Like I said not all the questions you found in the dump will come on the exam
the way the exam are being asked is differents with the dump system,they are twisting the questions,so for you to pass you need to understand the questions well and answer correctly otherwise you will fail.
But what I have realize those who are testing with Prometric are likely being tested in the dump system of asking questions.as from Pearson Vue is totally different,but I'm not discouraging you to stop writing no I'm just sharing with you what happened yesterday as I went to write.thank GOD I passed.

I passed today testing with Pearson Vue.this dump won't help you to pass unless you used either Biglee555,2011.9.20 and make sure you know much about network.because from personal view only two things allowed me to pass Biglee dump and Networking knowledge.most of the same Questions were total different compare to the Dump way of Questioning.all the best to those who will writing soon.MMI From Namibia did you pass you Exam?

Can we get started a list of what questions are wrong?
Question 175 and 80 are wrong. That's all I've found so far. I'm no application layer expert, so I can't speak for those questions, but I do know that 802.11n is faster than 802.11b. Question 175 says the opposite.

I have given my test today and achieved 900/900. All the questions were from this and vivian's question banks. I would recomand people to go through the study material first and then do question answers because quite lot answer in this question bank are wrong and to achieve good score you have to spot right answer. Well, still thank you so much for Mike's efforts and also big thank you to vivian. Keep up good work and much appriaciated work.

Decent study guide with a fair number of incorrect answers. Learn the material and they should be easy to spot.
