This is a perfect dump, I have scored 90% on May 31, 2012.
You could use this dump for EXO 117(updated) new syllabus 2011.
This test was awesome. Passed with a 90%
yahooo.cleared exam with this DUMP today with 83 %.Thank you very much for upload.
Passed today with 90% in New Zealand.
Passed today with 95%. Thanks for the dump. as someone else said, breaking it down in sections makes for easier review.
I passed today score 85% (34 Correct Question of 40) Some new Questions this dum still valid.
Hello All,
Passed my exam today with 97%.
Mr.Nice Guy your smart move to break them into sections really helped me to practice easily and review the wrong ones better. Thanks Buddy.
Sparc thanks for the final clean up of the exam questions.
I have studied two different ITIL guides to get concepts of ITIL throughly. However these dumps really helped in passing the exam.
I wish good luck to all those planning to write ITIL V3 in the near future.
Cheers.
Got 90% on the exam, everything from the dump was on the exam. Some stuff must've been wrong though. It's still way more than enough to pass. I'm assuming my dump will show up tonite maybe. They only upload them once a day, I think.
Valid In Egypt By 99% I was passed in this Exam By 85% . :)
Success For All :)
I will wait for your updated version upload and am assuming it will include any new ones from your exam.
I just uploaded my version. I probably could've cleaned it up from all the duplicates. But whatever, I fixed all the wrong answers I could find and removed 3 questions that just confused you.
It should be posted tomorrow night maybe.
Good luck as well, taking the test in 10 hours. Will report back with my results. I can upload my dump that I corrected afterwards.
Well good luck to you and am sure you will clear the exam with highest %.
I would request if you could update the dump and post it after your exam.
Cheers.
Pretty much, I am very familiar with ITIL. I work in an environment where it is exercised daily. I just needed to see what questions are being asked.
Thanks for your update Sparc.
I have gone through ITIL v3 preparation kit twice and practiced 4 different tests so far. I got between 26 and 30 on those tests.
When I started on these dumps i got around 30 for the first time.
Are you just going through the 370q dump questions only?
Cheers.
I just go through each set of 20 until my % on the whole 370 is around 95-98%. Taking my results in a spreadsheet to track it. I take screenshots of the ones I get wrong and study them after I have completed each 370. I go through the 370 about 4-6 times, depending on my comfort of the material.
On the morning of the test, I have all 370 printed out along with the answers on a separate spreadsheet. I eat breakfast in the parking lot while I review all of them. I walk in and take it.
Hi Sparc,
I am also planning to take my exam this Thursday (Canada).
can you please share your preparation pattern?
Thanks.
If you can't get a 26/40 with these questions, you should not be getting an ITIL Foundations certification. I wouldn't complain. I'm not aware of many new questions.
All these questions are there in previous posts too. Why is it that nobody is posting ay new questions. For god sake people, these are all old and repeated questions. If any one has got the new questions, please please post them.
I may upload a copy of my edited dump. I fixed at least 5 incorrect answers.
I am planning on taking the exam on Thursday morning.
FYI -- For anyone wanting to take this exam. ITIL has announced they will be modifying their curriculum at the end of January. In my mind, that means this exam will be changing.
@Rishank
I would really lean all I know towards #2 -- Service Design is definitely "concerned" with the value of a service. Why would they design a service with no value? Makes no sense, so that makes #1 incorrect. My 2 cents.
I have seen multiple answers to this question:
Which of the following statements is CORRECT?
1. The only phase of the Service Management Lifecycle where value can be measured is Service Operation
2. All of the phases of the lifecycle are concerned with the value of IT services
What would be the correct answer?
Incidents can be reported by anyone who detects a disruptions or potential disruption to normal service. This includes technical staff.
this is correct all incidents cannot be logged as problems unless a technical team finds out a trend to these incidents.
Question. On Exam D. I think I have seen these one with 2 answers.
Which one of the following statements about Incident reporting and logging is correct?
A. All calls to the Service Desk must be logged as Incidents to assist in reporting Service Desk activity
B. Incidents reported by technical staff must be logged as problems because technical staff manage infrastructure devices not services
C. Incident can only be reported by users, since they are only the only people who know when a service has been disrupted
D. Incidents can be reported by anyone who detects a disruptions or potential disruption to normal service. This includes technical staff.
Claims the correct answer as B. I really feel like it is D. Anyone else out there confirm? I don't think technical staff *must* be logging all incidents as problems?
Passed exam with 92% using this dump and Jakob!
This is the same exam as the USM 371q exam, but it's broken up into sections of 25 questions to make it easier for people.
