I passed the exam and the code was ITIL-F. The same as exin ITIL price > 2014. But this dump aren't enough, MUST study Kenneth'dump, all questions were from Kenneth.

Took the test today in the US, this dump is very valid, new some new questions were added which is included in Ramon's dump, advise study Rachel and Ramon dump and you will definatley pass the exam.

Taken this test recently in US, about 75% exact word for word, then another 10% reworded but can pick the them out. Rest are new questions.

After more than 800 questions from my exam book and checking the notes and glossary, I can see a lot of errors on this file:

-4: Correct answer is B, not C. Local, Virtualized, Centralized, Follow the Sun. IT Help Desk is not a category of Service Desk.

-6: The RACI model defines roles and responsibilities of Stakeholders on the process design, not the organizational structure

-10: Repeated at least three times

-12: Policies and objectives are defined in Service Strategy, not service design. Strategy is even missing from the possible answers

-18: We all know what a standard change it, avoid repeating the question

Extremely awful and a complete loss of time. But at least makes me see that I am prepared to take the exam if I can pinpoint every error.
