The question is referring to dynamic disks, not fixed size disks. Therefore you can create them also using only 3 disks, even if it's not really a wise Thing to do..Microsoft ;)

According to Q222, I think the answer(B.3) is wrong.
the minimum number of 256GB disks required for the new 600GB volume which must use the parity layout for the storage pool, should be 4 disks (not 3). Therefore the answer is "C".
