Correct answer for Q1 is A. Ideally, it should make explicit that TaskContinuationOptions.OnlyOnFaulted flag is used. But since there is not any piece of code indicating exactly the parameters and values used, I assume it is implied.

Can somebody explain why the answer for Q1 is Task.ContinueWith?
The operation is invoked only if the data processing operation throws and unhandled exception; wouldn't Task.ContinueWith continue to execute regardless of completion status?

Wrote this exam yesterday (8xx), saw most of these questions, good start to a dump. I am no means a C# expert (least in my mind - program as a hobby) and made it through, good luck.

You could just study for it, but the test does give a good idea what sort of questions will be in it.

You could try to take a test with second shot.
