Number and selection of Questions are different according to the location? It is just important because of this.

Why is everybody mentioning the country in which they take the exams? I'm pretty sure questions are renewed on language bases and not on geographical locations. First language is always English and afterwards not very sure but German is somewhere right afterwards.
