Passed yesterday. Questions are valid! I studied a lot of old 196q dump and "new" 80q dump. 80q dump is useless because all 41 questions were from 196q dump. To pass you should answer all questions by yourself to know why the answer is correct (of cause there are a lot of wrong answers in this dumps so you should find and correct them by yourself) if you do so, you will pass without problems.
