@Sorry accy,
But the correct answer for below question is "A. Enable the Intel Virtualization Technology (Intel VT) or AMD Virtualization (AMD-V)." not Option D.
Refer link: "http://kb.eukhost.com/how-to-fix-the-hyper-v-launch-failed-error/"
Q:You add the Hyper-V role to your Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter server.
After you restart the server, you see the following error in the Windows system event log: "Hyper-V launch failed; Either VMX not present or not enabled in BIOS."

The Option "Enable the Intel XD pit (exclude disable Pit) or AMD NX bit (no execute bit)." is valid if we receive the error as "Hyper-V launch failed: No-execute (NX) or DEP not enabled on processor 0x0 (Check BIOS settings)"
Revert if still anyone have any doubt about this question.
@Rouxster, please leave the answer as A for the question in final version :)
@Rouxster
Did u uploaded the final 3.8 version with all the corrections. Pls share the link :) :)
Thnx every1 for making this possible :)

@Raj,
great work buddy, So this final now that the vce is ready to upload. We just wait for Rouxster to upload.
@Booze, Rouxster,
Sorry Guys. For Q 8: The correct answer would be "D. Use Performance Monitor to view the Hyper-V Dynamic Memory VMPhysical Memory performance
counter for VM01."
The OS is R2 SP1 which includes two new performance counters: Hyper-V Dynamic Memory Balancer & Hyper-V Dynamic Memory VM.
A - cannot be correct cause it shows overall memory allocation of your Host (not per VM).
B - Cannot be correct as "Guest Visible Dynamic Memory" is incorrect counter name. The correct counter name under Hyper-V Dynamic Memory VM is "Guest Visible Physical Memory" which shows The amount of memory visible in the VM.
C- Incorrect
D- It is correct as it shows "The current amount of memory in the VM."

You CAN modify the BMR function so it will protect all disks on the server! BMR functions with a CMDLET named Bmrbackup.cmd.
To alter this configuration do this:
On the protected server, open the C:/Program Files/Microsoft Data Protection Manager/DPM/bin/Bmrbackup.cmd file in notepad.
Modify this line and add an -include: statement to add the drive letter of the additional volumes to be included in the BMR backup.

I am gonna go with Booze and Raj on Q22 and say Yes change it to AB, because it only states backup the Hyper-V config an not snapshots or whatever.

Ok: on Exam -- AB i.e. "Hyper-V config" = all but may be not "Virtual Machines*.xml"
but in real life? ( see later)

Q 22:
B. in any case . . .
But A. or D. ?

On the server I have drives C & D. C contains the server 2008 core install

D hosts files relevant to these VMs also.
Would I need to add volume D to command line backup or would the all critical option cover it as below?
wbadmin start backup -allcritical -backuptarget:E: -vssFull

If we have VMs related files in drive D: need use "-include:D" ? I.e.:
wbadmin.exe start backup -backuptarget:F: -allcritical -vssfull -quiet
or
wbadmin start backup -allcritical -include:D -backuptarget:E: -vssFull
?
if use "-include:D" , then, off cource, "don't need full backup for server"
but if only "-allcritical" ?
Rouxster extremely tnx for your effort and input.
You said version 3.8 had been uploaded, where can I download it? Do you have a dropbox link?
Greatly appriciated!
Booze you should have already been studying. I have and the changes aren't that much so you should be good.
I am gonna go with Booze and Raj on Q22 and say Yes change it to AB, because it only states backup the Hyper-V config an not snapshots or whatever.
Booze Q8 I agree, but not Q10 have a look at this .
You may want to enable auditing for audit trails:
-Authorization Manager
Steps:
InitialStore.xml ->Properties -> Auditing -> Authorization store change auditing
-Local Security Policy or Domain GPO
We can set it either on local or domain level. Domain level is recommended for centralize control and enforcement.

Just uploading v3.8 now, I would say that would be the final version, and Yes work away start studying, best of luck everyone! We put in a good effort!
@Rouxster
Is the file you have uploaded today is the final one?
@Raj, @ Frank, @Rouxster where we are standing now. Shall we start studying?
Guys some suggestions
Q 8:

Q 10: I have doubt about the answer between A and C. As question stated, which file should you audit? The you should use is InitialStore.xml but you can't edit this file directly and is recommended to edit in AzMan.
If you run AzMa.msc and then browse to InitialStore.xml and go to properties and Audit tab and check box.

but if in VM-config no present directly attached physical disks, but all disk in .VHD , then VSS from host redirect ?command/event? "VSS to VM"/"VSS in guest" etc.,etc.

@modest, cheers! nicely spotted! We all agree that ia correct, there is another question, along the same lines that ask you to "prepare" and there you have to install the Licensing Role Service - well done! I have made the change - before posting a new version - I am waiting for corrections.
Exam A, Question 43 -- yes Answer A
Hi all,
I think modest is right about the below answer. Can anyone check and suggest.
Exam A, Question 43 --> http://i.imgur.com/8mGOz.png
Is D really correct answer?
I am just thinking that A might be more correct, as there are CALs installed on RD licensing server (!!!). Maybe someone know better this stuff.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc754487.aspx
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd883253%28v=ws.10%29.aspx
@Raj, I would say that is correct, you have to backup the VM and the Hyper-V configuration (this way the snapshots are also backedup) VSS will not backup the local disk, the local disk needs to be backedup by the OS (or whatever is running on OS).
@Rouxter,
First of all i would like to thank you for the wonderful work.
Mate one doubt about a question. I m not pointing just wanted to clarify teh correct answer for this question:
Check link: http://wikisend.com/download/680338/659.png

Thanks Booze, and to everyone! I hope I got everyones changes, please review, and let me know! Here is the link for v3.7 https://dl.dropbox.com/u/44540962/70-659.NEW.08-06-2012.V3.7.vce ENJOY and GOOD LUCK Everyone!
IS everyone getting there corrections to Rouxster? Lets put this one to bed and get the final VCE online.
@Booze,
Thanks for the reply. I have some below queries and suggestions:
Q8 Option D seems to be correct. There is no performance counter as Guest Visible Dynamic Memory (it has Guest Visible Physical Memory)
Refer Link: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff817651%28WS.10%29.aspx
Anyone has any suggestions. Please assist.
Q15 if it's not multiple choice then the answer would be "A. Configure placement settings for resource maximization."
Q22 A & B should be right answer
Q26 Any one please suggest. I am still confused :(
Q35 It will be emaulated (legacy device) as the criteria is that VM wil be deployed using PXE.
and Enable spoofing of MAC addresses option is right as the criterai says "After deployment, the VM must converge with the existing NLB cluster"
The second simalr question says LUN will be mounted from iSCSI SAN and criteria were like it Support VM Queuing (VMQ) and Have a network speed of at least 10 Gbps so the answer chosen is right for that "Add a synthetic network adapter to the VM and select the Enable virtual network optimizations option."
Booze good job mate. Might earn you a pint or two.

Q 57:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee236437.aspx
Answer should be: C : In the Add Hosts wizard, select the VMware ESX Server host (any location) option. In the Computer name field, type the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of Host1.
Q 64:
1.Install VMM and then install the OpsMgr console on the VMM server. As menstioned in the question company plan to use so first you need to install them because Before you can enable PRO, you must integrate Operations Manager 2007 SP1 or Operations Manager 2007 R2 with VMM
2. Add Hyper-V host server to VMM and then assign Hyper-V host servers and VMs to the VMM management group.
3. Enable PRO settings to implement PRO type automatically for failover cluster.

Rouxster in progress please on the final 3.7 version of the .vce
seems as though all questions have been corrected- use guys are doing a sterling job with the questions
Hey Guys,
Good work putting this together, BUT it is damn confusing how you three have compiled 280 Qs??
Posting constantly about progress is also very "#¤"&¤
Why don't you three main contributors join up in a chat relay of some sort and sort it out there, and then post your joint agreed results?
Just a suggestion
Best regards
NoTime
All please get your changes into Rouxster soon as possible so we can get this finalized and uploaded. Please if you change the answer provide explanation.
Raj, I was just about to post .. you were faster :D (I agree with most of what you say however)
@ALL We need to discuss and decide on the following answers in Exam A
15, 19, 22, 24, 26, 56, 57, 64, 67, 68, 71 and 72 - if we have consensus on this then we can finalise (v3.7)
@Raj
Thanks for checking it mate. You are right about Q3
Q8 read the Description and the link please this the why I thought should be the answer.
Q15 Answer AE I am sure are right but had some doubt about D.
Q 22 The VMs have directly attached disk which means nothing to do with Host Disk so that's why B: Perform a full server backup on the VM.
is the answer. and now between A and D I think A:Perform a critical-volume backup on the host server. is the answer.
Q 26 As said in the Exp that open for Discuss
Q 35: There are two similar question and you have to choose from
Add a synthetic network adapter
Add an emulated network adapter
was confusing which should go where. But as per Expl and the link that's why I selected that option.
These questions are open for discussion please feel free to discuss if you have any doubt and experience. Remember that's why we are here.

Guys
I have corrected Exam A first 50 question. I have made changes to question: 2,9,15,19,22,24,26,27,34 and 35. I am sorry couldn't finish all of them.
Here is the link to pdf. This file has only 50 question from exam A
http://wikisend.com/download/155852/70-659.NEW.13.06.12 V3.6.pdf
@Booze, sure mate, stick what you have (where you got to) in a PDF and upload, i'll do the rest.
@Unknown
Thanks for the update mate. Guys I am really sorry I couldn't complete the Exam A. Today a bit busy at work. I have done first 45 question so far.
Can anybosy please help me with some questions.
Thanks guys
Guys,
I have some doubt about the answers for VMX error question.
Error#1
You see the following error in the Windows system event log: "Hyper-V launch failed: No-execute
(NX) or DEP not enabled on processor 0x0 (Check BIOS settings).
Enable the Intel XD pit (exclude disable Pit) or AMD NX bit (no execute bit). - correct
Error#2
After you restart the server, you see the following error in the Windows system event log: "Hyper-V
launch failed; Either VMX not present or not enabled in BIOS."
Enable the Intel Virtualization Technology (Intel VT) or AMD Virtualization (AMD-V). - correct
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winserverhyperv/thread/d84213a2-9821-4df0-bd71-da808ee15342
Please have a look into this and suggest which is the right answer for VMX error..
Exam B
Do we agree to change the answer from A to D (read the link) http://www.petri.co.il/installing-hyper-v-on-windows-server-2008.htm
"You add the Hyper-V role to your Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter server.
After you restart the server, you see the following error in the Windows system event log: "Hyper-V launch failed; Either VMX not present or not enabled in BIOS.""
Exam B
Your network includes a Windows Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V host with a Windows Server 2008 R2 virtual machine (VM).
The VM is configured with a dynamically expanding VHD.
The VMs system partition runs out of space.
You need to add more space to the VMs system partition.
What should you do?
Do we agree that D is the answer, the questions states 2008 R2, if you read through the reference/explanation "Note: Expanding or extending partitions on Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 is easier than on Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP, and is performed by using either the Disk Management ."
Cheers mate! (Unknown) Exams B and C are done Raj I agree with you and Modest, and I'll make the changes, just waiting for the changes in Exam A once I have that I'll merge it with Unknown's v3.6 and then upload/post the final release for approval (review) v3.7 Good work everyone, THANKS!
v3.6 uploaded here
http://wikisend.com/download/458640/70-659.NEW.08-06-2012.V3.6.vce
Unknown you can upload it to wiki send. That way it is easy for everyone to get
@rouxster
was having problem adding a comment before, lets see if this works. how do i send my changes to you? i've updated exam b and c. i've uploaded it here however it says that it can take up to 3 days to be published
I too agree with answers of both questions from modest.
@Rouxster,
Please make these changes in the final vce :)
I think answer to this question should be B not D as per Microsoft recommendation:
Question: http://i.imgur.com/xcHOf.png
Explanation: http://www.ms4u.info/2010/11/caution-when-export-dynamic-memory.html
I believe answer to this question is C not D:

Sure, Lads no problems, post or upload you corrections when you are ready.
Booze I think that is fair enough. Rouxster can you hold off until tomorrow and then post the final VCE?
@All
Can we wait till tommrow to upload the final vce? I haven't finished the update still stuck at question 37. I'm at work and updating this lol
@Raj, MY BAD .. I posted the wrong .vce file, I'll wait for the other updates before I merge the changes and post an updated NEW .vce
@Booze, Sure mate, place all your updates/changes on a PFD doc and upload it (Exam A)
@Raj, all the changes you want for Exam B place all your updates/changes on a PFD doc and upload it (Exam B)
@Unknown et al. whatever changes/corrections you notice, (Exam C, B or A)place all your updates/changes on a PFD doc and upload it.
I'll make all the updates and post a NEW .vce file
@Rouxster,
The VCE 3.5 is not reflecting the correct answers for the thre Drag & Drop questions which we have discussed below:
Question: Install Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise (Server Core Installation).
A: start /w hvconfig command.
B: start /w ocsetup Microsoft-Hyper-V .
C: start /w ServerManagerCMD-install Hyper-V.
D: net start "hyper-v virtual machine management "
The answer should be B instead of C.
Explaination: http://www.petri.co.il/installing-hyper-v-on-windows-server-2008-server-core.htm
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
QUESTION NO:1 DRAG DROP
A company has two Windows Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 failover clusters. One is for the quality
assurance (QA) group and one is for the development group.
The first option should be "Right click the VM and select save" instead of "Right click the VM and select pause"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
QUESTION NO: 2 DRAG DROP
A company has an environment that includes Microsoft Hyper-V Servers 2008 R2, Microsoft
System Center Virtual manager (VM) and the VMM self service portal (SSP). That company's
network consists of one Active Directory Domains Services (AD DS) forest domain. All virtual
machines (VMs) are currently owned by individual database team members.
The correct answer for second option would be -
"Create a VMM self-service user role that uses the AD DS group" instead of
"Create a VMM Delegate administrator role that uses AD DS group"
@Rouxster
Ok in this case I will do the Exam A and I will send it to you and you can merge it because I don't know how to do this (Sorry) mate. You can get all the update from everyone who is doing this and merge to 1 final vce. I will go over Exam B and C
Is there any chance someone want to help with the Exam A. Starting from question 51. I will do to question 50. In this way we can finish early and upload.
Thanks guys
@ Booze I believe we are to only ones doing the updates, Exam B and C is done - however when you are done with Exam A and before you merge your corrections into V3.5 https://dl.dropbox.com/u/44540962/70-659.NEW.08-06-2012.V3.5.vce (go over B and C and just check it it is OK) I am NOT to worried about Exam D because 1. Most of that questions are in A B C and 2. It is marked as out-dated. So work away on Exam A when done merge your corrections upload and change the version number.
@booze
for exam b, with questions not being randomized
*q 25
i believe the answer should be power off vm, power on vm after merge completes, perform live migration
*q 31 vmx error
as hyper-v install checks for intel vt and i also tested removing it after hyper-v installation (event log shows virtualization not supported or enabled on processor) i believe the answer should be enable intel xd bit
* q 39 re adding vmware host
there are multiple versions of the questions, essentially if the question specifies a new config of vmm, vcenter needs to be added first before the vmware host. q 66 of exam a is a weird one as the answer should be to add a vcenter however the syntax is wrong as add host cannot be used to add vcenter
* q 56
rather than create delegated admin, it should be create vmm self-service role
@Booze,
I was working on Exam B. I have suggested the correct answers and raised the doubts/concerns which I found. Rest all answers in exam B seems fine to me.
Anyone please cross verify if I missed anything in Exam B
@Raj Malhotra
@Rouxster
@Frank
@Unknown
Could everybody please verify that which Exam you are working on (correcting)?
I am working on Exam A and have done 40 Question. This way we can track each other's work and we don't want to repeat same correction again and again.
THANKS ALL!
@Booze I have made the updates (but go over and check - if I missed something) Where I have made changes I referenced it, and made the following notes "Answer changed 12/06/2012 FROM xxx TO xxx"
To avoid inconsistencies and confusion, please merge your changes with this .vce https://dl.dropbox.com/u/44540962/70-659.NEW.08-06-2012.V3.5.vce and change the 3.x version number. When you are finished please upload. - THANK YOU again to ALL!
Yes. rite. Can someone correct and upload the new vce with corrected answers that we discussed. I am planning to appear for the exam in this week :)
@Unknown
thanks for that mate/
Everyone good job on getting these corrected be sure to upload the latest VCE so we can keep on studying. Plan on taking this exam in a couple of weeks.
@raj
yes
@booze
a is for server core, b and c is for full install of win 2008
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/dd673656.aspx
the servermanagercmd is for another question since b and c are not options in that question. while the command has been deprecated in win 2008 r2, it still works (tested on test env)
@Unknown,
R u referring to below question:
QUESTION NO: 42
A company has an environment that includes servers that run Windows Server 2008 R2 with
Hyper-V.
The company requires that all server operating systems be provisioned as virtual machines (VMs).
A server operating system should be provisioned as a physical server only if it does not function
properly as a VM.
A new application that runs a Hyper-V supported version of Linux requires four CPUs and access
to 3 terabytes of storage.
You need to install the application to meet the company requirements.
What should you do?
Microsoft 70-659 Exam
"A Composite Solution With Just One Click" - Certification Guaranteed 46
-
-
-
A. Install the server application on a physical server with four CPUs.
B. Add a disk dove to the VM by using the iscsicli.exe command line tool.
C. Assign 4 GB of static memory to the VM.
D. Add a synthetic network adapter to the VM and select the Enable virtual network optimizations
option.
E. Add an emulated network adapter to the VM and select the Enable virtual network optimizations
option.
F. Add an emulated network adapter to the VM and select the Enable spoofing of MAC addresses
option.
G. Add a disk drive to the VM by using the New-VirtualDiskDrive PowerShell cmdlet.
H. Assign 1 GB of startup RAM and 8 GB of maximum RAM to the VM.
I. Install the server application in a VM with the latest supported integration components.
J. Add a synthetic network adapter to the VM and select the Enable spoofing of MAC addresses
option.
K. Add a disk drive to the VM by using the Add-SharedVirtualDiskDrive PowerShell cmdlet.
L. Assign 1 GB of startup RAM and 16 GB of maximum RAM to the VM.
M. Set the network adapter to use an iSCSl network tag.
You install Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise (Full Installation).
You need to add the Hyper-V role to the server.
What are two possible ways to achieve this goal?
(Each correct answer presents a complete solution. Choose two.)
A: Run the start /w hvconfig command.
B: Run the start /w ocsetup Microsoft-Hyper-V command.
C: Run the Add-WindowsFeature Hyper-V PowerShell cmdlet.
D: Run the Add-WindowsFeature RSAT-Hyper-V PowerShell cmdlet.
Answers are: C The reason is you are installing on Full Installation with PoweShell
http://www.petri.co.il/installing-hyper-v-on-windows-server-2008-r2.htm
B: IS for Core Server. You are not installing on Core Server
http://www.petri.co.il/installing-hyper-v-on-windows-server-2008-server-core.htm
@Unknown You are using Windows Command
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732757.aspx
So Now the question is what should be the 2nd option?
Please correct
oh almost forgot, for the questions (i believe there are 2) with more than 10 answers and installing app/vm with access to 3TB drive, the answer should be install on physical server as 3TB drive can only be setup as a pass through disk and none of the answers provides this functionality
@ Unknown
I have already corrected these questions yesterday. You are right. I have corrected Qs from Exam A: 2,9,15,19,22,24,26,27, so far.
*question regarding mac address collisions, answer should be remove min and max registry keys
*question regarding backing up vm with basic disk minimizing downtime, answer should be online backup with dpm
*backing up azman policy should be done by backing up the initialstore.xml
*to export a vm with dynamic memory it must be changed to static (paused vm cannot be exported)
rouxter/booze,
some other opinion
* question regarding mac address collisions, answer should be remove min and max registry keys
http://www.virtualizationadmin.com/articles-tutorials/microsoft-hyper-v-articles/networking/mac-address-pool-duplication-hyper-v.html
http://buildyourwindows.blogspot.com.au/2011/11/hyper-v-mac-addresses-duplication-or.html
* question regarding backing up vm with basic disk minimizing downtime, answer should be online backup with dpm
* question regarding install of hyper-v, answer should be servermanagercmd -install hyper-v as the add-windowsfeatures rsat-hyper-v only installs the hyper-v tools
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732757.aspx
* question with the table of vm1-vm5, answer should be 4,25,50,100
* for the powershell cloning question, answer should be (in order) get-vmmserver, get-vm, vm04, get-vmhost, vm03
* backing up azman policy should be done by backing up the initialstore.xml
* to export a vm with dynamic memory it must be changed to static (paused vm cannot be exported)
* snapshot question where the vm reverts to paused, while turn off will work, save may be a microsoft preferred answer
hope this helps
12/06/2012 added referencing for the powershell Drag and drops (answers need to be checked)
Raj - I agree with you (missed that) Good work!
12/06/2012 Changed answer from BC to AC, because it states in the question "The application communicates with a server that allows only one connection per IP address." there is no need to set Set the IP Visualization mode to Per session,

QUESTION NO:1 DRAG DROP
Which one is correct for first option-
Right click the VM and select pause
or
Right click the VM and select save ??
I would say SAVE not PAUSE only PAUSE when there is open or running applications, but it says nothing about that in the question.
QUESTION NO: 2 DRAG DROP
Which one is correct for second option-
Create a VMM Delegate administrator role that uses AD DS group
or
Create a VMM self-service user role that uses the AD DS group ??
create VMs and administer them by using the SSP, and The principle of the least privilege must be used.
I would say = Create a VMM self-service user role that uses the AD DS group
QUESTION NO: 3 DRAG DROP
Which one is correct for first & second option-
First option -
"Power Off VM"
or "
Delete Snapshot to immediately start merge" ??
Second option -
"Delete Snapshot to immediately start merge"
or
"Power Off VM" ??
Snapshots are merged or deleted only when the VM is powered off
raj,
this is my opinion
*i agree with your ip virtualization answer, although b and c will work, c should be the preferred answer for microsoft
*for the migration question, save should be used as you cannot export if the vm is paused (tested on test env)
*for he permission question, self service role should be used as it satisfies all requirements and administrator will have too much rights
*for the snapshot question, power off should go first as otherwise deleting the snapshot will not immediately start the merge (the shutdown will) - tested on test env
For Question 2 : Drag & Drop,
Which one is correct option in sequence-
First option -
1. Power Off VM
2. Delete Snapshot to immediately start merge
3. Start VM after merge complete
or,
Second option -
1. Delete Snapshot to immediately start merge
2. Power Off VM
3. Start VM after merge complete
QUESTION NO: 3 DRAG DROP
You create a snapshot of a running virtual machine (VM) before applying a new service pack for
the operating system.
You receive an alert that the host is running low on disk space on the volume where you took a
snapshot of the VM.
You need to free up disk space on the volume while ensuring that future restarts of the VM are
successful.
Which three actions should you perform in sequence? (To answer, move the appropriate actions
from the list of actions to the answer area, and arrange them in the correct order.)
Which one is correct for first & second option-
First option -
"Power Off VM"
or "
Delete Snapshot to immediately start merge" ??
Second option -
"Delete Snapshot to immediately start merge"
or
"Power Off VM" ??
@Rouxster
What changes/update did you make to version 3.4?
As you know I'm working on exam A at the moment. Could you please let us know the update detail? Thanks dude
QUESTION NO: 2 DRAG DROP
A company has an environment that includes Microsoft Hyper-V Servers 2008 R2, Microsoft
System Center Virtual manager (VM) and the VMM self service portal (SSP). That company's
network consists of one Active Directory Domains Services (AD DS) forest domain. All virtual
machines (VMs) are currently owned by individual database team members.
The company wants to delegate rights for virtual machines (VMs) and has the following
requirements:
The database team must be able to create VMs and administer them by using the SSP.
The database team must be able to share the VMs with other members of the database team.
The principle of the least privilege must be used.
You need to provide a solution to meet the requirements.
Which three actions should you perform in sequence? (To answer, move the appropriate actions
from the list of actions to the answer, arrange them in the correct order)
Which one is correct for second option-
Create a VMM Delegate administrator role that uses AD DS group
or
Create a VMM self-service user role that uses the AD DS group ??
I have doubt on answers of the below 3 questions. Anyone please suggest which could be correct answers:
QUESTION NO:1 DRAG DROP
A company has two Windows Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 failover clusters. One is for the quality
assurance (QA) group and one is for the development group.
A user from QA recently moved to the development group. The user's VM is currently running and
two programs are open. You need to migrate the VM while meeting the following requirements:
The VM must reside on the development group failover cluster.
The current state of the VM must remain the same after the migration.
Which four actions should you perform in sequence? (To answer, move the appropriate actions
from the list of actions to the answer area and arrange them in the correct order.)
Which one is correct for first option-
Right click the VM and select pause
or
Right click the VM and select save ??
Dear Booze & Rouxster,
I have checked the Exam B for vce ver 3.4
For Remote Desktop IP virtualization i suggest the below correct answers:
QUESTION NO:
All servers on your network run Windows Server 2008 R2. You deploy Remote Desktop Services
(RDS).
You are configuring the Remote Desktop Session Host (RD Session Host) role service. You install
an application on all of the RD Session Host servers. The application communicates with a server
that allows only one connection per IP address.
You need to configure the Remote Desktop IP Visualization settings for this application.
Which two actions should you perform? (Each correct answer presents part of the solution.
Choose two.)
A. Enable Remote Desktop IP Visualization,
B. Set the IP Visualization mode to Per session,
C. Set the IP Visualization mode to Per program.
D. Disable Remote Desktop IP Visualization.
I think right answers are Option A & C

@Ben
You said there are a lot wrong answers and you have seen 10% answers are wrong. So did you fix them?
This is what we all are doing here to see if there is any wrong answer to correct and find answers to the new questions. Looks like you have experience so why don't you help around and get this dump ready. Thanks
@Ben why don't you correct the (10%) wrong answers? You are a great help NOT! That is the idea!! you see a problem you correct it and report. If you are not going to contribute, then do not leave your snotty remarks! (Your are a part of the solution or you are a part of the problem) We need contributions not moaners! https://dl.dropbox.com/u/44540962/70-659.NEW.08-06-2012.V3.4.vce
I think there is a lot of wrong answer in this vce .. (around 10%)
Some answers are really easy to find if you know at least a bit of this techno. And sometimes, you are wrong, with a supposed answer which are very surprizing..
@Rouxster
You are definitely correct, updating them is important but u said new questions, so those new questions are already included in this .vce or yet to come?
hey guys.is this dump valid i wil b doing the exam in 2 weeks time plz let me know.and where can i find the study material for the same ?
@John there is new questions (07/06/2012) that need to be checked and the answers verified, you should not just accept the answers, you need yo check them. With the current .vce you should get about 85 to 90% If the questions are not updated constantly, what is the use?
Do u mean guys the file has incorrect answers? and why do u still working on it? is it not valid? appreciate your answers.
@Booze yeah, mate please check the answers, and reference where you can. I am NOT sure about the powershell drag and drops .. need some light on that.
@marsat, Yes mate download the .vce in the link provided, Exam A-C is from questions updated on 08/06/2012 Exam D is the older outdated questions, I just added it anyway, so if you stick to Exams A-C you'll be fine!
@Rouxster
Sorry dude nothing wrong with the file I meant to say that I am correcting the asnwer if there is any wrong.
Your file is working fine I have downloaded the new file 12.5 mb
@ Booze whats wrong with the file, can you open it? Is it working?
When you download the file what is the file size (12.5MB)?
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/44540962/70-659.NEW.08-06-2012.V3.3.vce
@Rouxster
Thaks for the update mate. I'm working on this file and trying to fix the Exam A.
If someone can start working on Exam B and so on than we can finish it.
Thanks guys. Please make it happen.:)
Lads, must be a corrupted upload, please try https://dl.dropbox.com/u/44540962/70-659.NEW.08-06-2012.V3.3.vce the file is about 12.5MB large. Remember to leave exam feedback!
Dear Rouxster.
much appreciate your help. But we are unable to open the new vce file. The error message comes up as "unknown question type" .
Please upload the correct file and share the link
@Rouxster
The file you have uploaded is not working. The error message comes up as "unknown question type"
Thanks for your help much appreciated.
I fixed about 20 + questions, and referenced them.Let me know if you are interested and I'll upload to wikisend!
Sure, iSeb that would be great! Try this http://www.wikisend.com/download/411972/
I think it is a more study friendly version, I have split the 144 questions into half (Exam A = 72 questions and Exam B = 72 questions) Please make corrections and notes where needed! :)
Thanks for your time!!!!!
It's really appreciated.
I will comment the file and correct some answers if possible.
