1: about partial caching
2: about updateprogress in updatepanel
3: about how to bind datasource to a dropdownlist (textfield, valuefield, source)
4: about gridview: you want a consistent gridview with same style, and the row is clickable throughout the whole website. What should you do. 1 option is create a custom gridview and I think this is the answers.
Other questions I can not remember. I will update when I got my memory back

Decent dump, but be careful. I've found one incorrect question already that involves remote debugging. You should know it when you see it.. the answer is Msvsmon.exe. not w3wp.exe.
