Hi alls, just passed this exam today with 900+ marks. 20-25 new question not in here but you can find out these new ones from 70-466 193 Q&As vce, study the new question before the exam.

retook the exam and passed, must say the I managed to download all three case studies from the internet(1 from passcert and another from researchgate), most questions were still the same as the first exam but this time I had a lot of drag and drops from this dump. On the previous exam I only had 2 drag and drops whereas on this exam I had more than five. All the best to those that r still going to write

I have just finished the test and was really shocked to sit this test

The exam is broken up into 4 parts - which may appear in random order. 3 of them are case studies (4-6 questions each) and 1 normal part (49 questions). Once you complete a part you cannot go back to change your answers. This is bad as sometimes you can get a clue to correct an earlier answers from later questions

The questions for normal part is covered 50% in the dump, the other 50% is completely new. However if you finish the dump with understanding, the other 50% is not a big deal (though still a pain and you need to brainstorm a bit).

The case studies are a pain. This is completely new. For each case studies there is a screen with different sheets such as about the business, technical requirements, business requirement, security requirements...

Reading only the case studies take 10 -15 minutes per case study already, then the questions coming in as another pain. There are a lot details in the case study not to be asked in the question, and many questions covered a very tiny piece of information in the case study that we can miss very easily.

For example, a company has two SSAS instances one for multidimensional cube for report, and one for tabular used for ad-hoc analysis. There is a question that a user want to do an analysis on a DOD basis (day over day). There are 4 options - two for multidimensional and two for tabular. The case study database diagram has no date dimension, so the choice of using dimension wizard (dimensional approach) to create a date table seems to be correct. However, DOD is mentioned in the SSAS tabular requirement [trust me - open wide eyes to find this piece of info] and thus the correct option must be mark a table as date (even though there is no date table yet) together with a DAX fomula.

There are some question asking about what kind of authentication is to be used for data source of a report - need to read more and make sure you understand and know when to use each kind and link it to the scenario of the case study to know what is the best to choose.

There is a question about user permission to run and subscribe a report on sharepoint server. The multiple choice include view report, create alert and manage alert and other edit and manage permission. Not sure if the create alert mean the subscription or not, so I can only select view report. I may lose marks on this.

Another question about an aggregate function to know which runner is the fastest based on running time. I was really so dump to select MAX. During the commenting period i realise it should be MIN as the running time should be the smallest. this question not clear as they one the name of the runner as well - with cannot be achieve by using only MIN. Maybe firstchildof but i am not sure how to put them all together

Another question about deploying SSAS using command line. There are four options and we can choose more than 1. The options are 1) use SSAS deployment wizard to generate XMLA 2) use SSAS deployment wizard to generate MDX 3) deploy using SQL server data tool 4) use SSAS deployment unity to generate XMLS. I select 1 and 4 and still not sure if correct or not.

Knowledge about partition processing mode (MOLAP ROLAP etc) and processing group is required.

Passed with 850/1000 in Singapore. This dump is valid, however, there are about 18 new questions and 2 case studies that are not in this dump. Each case studies consist of 6 questions. Total questions is 77. Passing score is 700. Good luck!

Q2 - I understand that the answer is H but how is the answer also D? I couldn't find the SortExpression expression property anywhere for the Textbook. Is the answer just H or both D and H?

Q41 -Although I agree that both B and F are right, the question says "Each answer presents a complete solution" and F (Place the distinct count measures in separate measure groups) is not a complete answer even though it's right because it doesn't mention the Sum part of the question. Any thoughts on this?

Test 2 - Q17 and Q19 are the same but the answer to Q17 is right because you need to link a measure group and not a dimension. Can I get a confirmation for this?

Q28 I'm not agree with proposed solution:
(N) - Add a measure that uses the Count aggregate function to an existing measure group.
I think the correct answer is:
(M) - Add a hidden Sum aggregate function. Add a calculated measure aggregating the measure along the time dimension.
