took this last friday oct.28. 100% valid. got 50 Q's, out of which 1 new, and that new Q I got was about user1 in group hr1.this Q asks your understanding of ntfs permissions. if you know your stuff, you will pick the right answer. you will see that the other 3 choices won't make sense.

Took this last week using this dump and the Sybex book. Got a 945 and saw one new question as stated earlier:

HR group had remote desktop enable, user1 member of HR group, computer1 has shared printer, HR group had print permission, you want to prevent user1 from using the printer.

Marti- What I like to do is to create a pdf from the questions and only have the answers (no explanations). Then I like to print it off and highlight only the correct answers. I will then use this as my guide and will only read the question and then the right answer. I go through the book 2-3 times then I start taking 60 question exams made up of the entire question bank. I dont really have "passing" score in order to go take the real test, I just have to start passing more than I fail. Usually I will do this 5 or 6 times

@Patrick Thank you so much for your response! It makes so much sense & seems very doable! I really appreciate it. I would have never considered doing it the way you mentioned! I'm so glad I asked. Do others also study this way? So, when you 1st start out by going through each section, do you then go all the way through it? Like Section A 20 questions, complete it, then move on to the next one, Section B, etc? I also am struggling to find the time in going through the entire block all at once & understanding the way to possibly get this material efficiently will save me so much time & frustration in the end! Thanks for your suggestions.

I have studied by taking the different sections over and over until I get 1000% twice without looking. I go through all sections this way and then take 50 question tests from entire test. I guess 60 would work too. I just never have enough time to complete 228 questions and this way has worked well for me. If you find you go a couple days and are rusty. start the process all over again. Remember. you don't need 1000% to pass this test. Get where you are passing in the 900s every time on a 50 question test and your good to go.

Hi. I have a question for everyone who has taken this exam and passed it already. My question is, what is the best way that you have found to study for the exam? Do you create a 60 question study exam out of the total number of questions? Or do you go through the entire collection of questions all at once, over and over again? 1. Answers are not in the same order. For example, A could be the right answer in this dump and it is D in the exam. Same answer of course, just different ordering. Do not memorize the ordering. That is always a terrible idea.

2. New questions are 6, mostly variations of existing questions. There is a question about importing a certificate to a computer that has a scanner, there is another question about testing Windows 7 Ultimate on Windows Home Premium (shrink the partition), there is another question on an answer file on a floppy drive. Don't remember much of the others. Study these questions and learn the material. That's the best way. Don't memorize. Try to understand why the correct answer is so.
