I passed yesterday in Dubai with 877 , I was only studying from that Dump and I had a setup for the private cloud.two new cases in the exam also some new questions about Server App-V and minimizing the storage for DPM.

I also used the below answer for VMM fabric:

I'm just going to answer 2 most asked question from case studies in this dump.

Q1: You need to recommend a storage fabric configuration for VMM.(select 3 in order )

1- Configure the the iSCSI initiator

5- Install the Microsoft iSCSI Software Target components.

Answer:( in Order )

1- Add a storage device
2- Configure a Storage array
3- Allocate a storage array

Why? Notice that the question is about configuring storage fabric in VMM not "storage device" so all configuration have to be applied in VMM server. We no need "Configure the the iSCSI initiator" in VMM server because VMM use SMS-I Provider to find and manage iSCSI storage during adding storage device to VMM. So first we need to add storage device from storage fabric and use SMS-I provider to add the storage. Then we need to configure some setting in storage array and after that we HAVE TO "Allocate a storage array" to Host group otherwise we can not create LUNs and assign it to hosts or clusters. We no need "Install the Microsoft iSCSI Software Target components" because we install Microsoft iSCSI Target only when we intend to TURN a server to SEVER STORAGE supporting iSCSI. But we no need such s storage server because we already a iSCSI storage device...Case Study says "The data center contains third-party iSCSI SAN storage devices that support an SMI-S provider".

Q2: You need to configure the storage fabric to support the deployment of the virtual machines. (the question is same as the question above but Examiner has changed the steps. because configuring storage in VMM includes several steps but he wants us to select only 3 steps)

And finally we need to "Assign the storage to hosts and clusters" as a LUN. So Again we no need iSCSI initiator because VMM use SMS-I Provider to find and manage iSCSI storage. and we nood to install Microsoft iSCSI Target because the Case Study says "All of the servers being considered as potential Hyper-V hosts have both locally attached storage and access to a SAN" so we no need to turn any server to a storage server.

Have you attempted the 70-246 exam?

anybody took the exam recently? valid or not? if not what dumps are valid?

the validity of all dumps here is under 60%
I passed yesterday 19/08/2015 with 720
a lot of new questions and three new cases.i advise all of you to wait for the new dump

wrote the test today (aug 4) and i'd say 60% of the questions were valid. the case studies maybe 3 were the same, rest new/outdated. all in all, failed today with a 6xx. :(

sadizu and this one , there are 15 new questions 11 for 2 new case studies and the rest is mixed
awaiting the new dump to take my free retake for this

@Tester can you elaborate a bit more how many q's did you get and how many case studys etc

Exam has changed. New Woodward case study. Contoso and Adatum case study had changed as well. 40-50% New mixed questions on powershell, SPF, APPv. Passed because of good instructor not because of dump. This dump might get you a 500 if you get every answer right.

Passed today in France with 900+ and using the dump from Sadziu. Be careful as even if all the questions are here, there are a lot of mistakes in answers. Sadziu is more right but still some differences between explanations and answers (explanations are right)

Passed exam on 25/Apr/2015, used 70-247 206q dumps. Guys Please NOTE: this Christ's vce file has many wrong answers.

Passed with 7##. Used all answers from dump. So there must be quite an amount of wrong answers. Be carefull!

Good dump to pass the exam, but many uncorrect answer. Passed today in france with 8XX. 45 question total(12 + 9 case study and 24 question). Study well.

Dump is still valid. Passed with 8xx/1000 last week. But be careful und read exactly the questions, the order of the answers in the exam often changed.
I think the answer 5 in the northwindtrader case should
B) Capability instead of
c) Hardware
because the case states "the VM must be LIMITED to 4 virtual CPUs", which means it could 1,2,3 or 4 CPUs. A Hardwareprofil sets the number of CPU to an exact value.
There are more wrong answers so use your brain, the comments here and in the dump and the internet to get the right answers. THX to Christ.
