I passed this exam yesterday with exactly 700/1000. There was 15 new questions. It is so strange that so many people have exactly 700 points. Maybe there is something wrong with this exam?

FINALLY I managed to clear this exam, in my third attempt. It was a lucky escape because I got exactly 700/1000. There were 63 questions totally, and around 15 were new. I used this Luka Dump, the Heather 169q dump, the official Microsoft Press book and also the suggestions by Gotik and HappyBunny.

But there was one more slot between 'context' and 'Blog', and I don't know what keyword goes in there. Could you please help me out with this one? Thank you.

Guys, finally i have passed this exam today with 700 score (this is my 3rd attempt)
It was 64Q and only 10 of them were new today, 8-10 were 'deployment section', ~15 'testing' section, ~12 'presentation' section, ~20-25 'dataAccess' section.

Here is some report and my suggestions as promised:
So, last time i got 40% failed 'presentation layer' section, today is 20%
last time i got 30% failed 'solution layer' section, today is no more then 10%
last time i got 25% failed 'data access' section, today is '15%'
last time i got 30% failed 'deployment' section, today is '30%'
last time i got 50% failed 'test' section today is 40% (still bad score)

First of all plz use my improvements from last comment!

I failed with 628.Most of the questions(64q) was from this dump.There was around 10 new questions.

A new dump has been posted recently on examcollection (Heather 169q) which contains several new questions which are not present in this dump. But I believe a lot of answers in that dump are wrong. Could you kindly analyze that dump and provide the correct answers? It would help you clear your exam on June 3rd, and also help lots of others in a similar situation (including me). Awaiting your response.

I have failed exam today with 600 (i got 657 previous attemp).
It wa 64Q and 30 of them were new, 7-9 were 'deployment section', ~12 'testing' section, ~15 'presentation' section, ~20 'dataAccess' section.

So, last time i got 20% failed 'presentation layer' section today is 40% (i'll try to analyze this section soon)

Now I'm quite sure that Microsoft knows very well which questions have leaked in these dumps, so they have intentionally allocated ridiculously high marks only for those questions which are new. That is the reason why hardly anyone is able t pass this exam.

That's it, this exam is IMPOSSIBLE to clear without luck. I failed in my second attempt with 628 (first time had got 600). This, in spite of having more than 3 years of relevant experience, and using several preparation materials (Official Microsoft Press book, this dump by Luka, paid dumps from certarea and pass4sure, and also the inputs given by HappyBunny in the comments). There were only around 10 or 11 new questions (mostly drag-and-drop and true/false types), but I believe many answers in this as well as the paid dumps are wrong. In fact, most of the questions are quite ambiguous and it is not possible to determine the correct answers without more info.
I wonder how some people (VERY few) are able to clear this damn exam. Maybe they're superhumans. Anyway, its better we all just forget about this exam, more so because its getting retired on July 31st. Attempting this exam is of no use unless the person has a LOT of luck. We just end up losing the exam fee several times, and getting terribly frustrated in the process.

Alrighty, I'll try putting together my own dump including those drag and drop questions that I have already posted and Gotik's input as well. Problem is, it's been a month since my exam and I have no chance of remembering any more new questions now.

also there was drag-drop question about background worker. and work flow regarding where to put changes(which layer) so it wouldn't affect wpf applications performance.
also about 3'rd party service that you had to consume, but it was changing rapidly so you had to develop solution to minimize efforts required, when it changes to continue using it.

I can understand that you've probably provided much more input than anyone can possibly expect. But still, since you seem to be the only one who has passed this exam in the past few months, so I need a bit more input from you. Hope you'll oblige, because I failed this damn exam for the second time today, with an agonizing 692/1000.

I have the premium VCE from examcollection, as well as this dump from Luca.And like you said in a previous post, I have a feeling that for the common questions present on both dumps, this Luka dump has correct answers. Anyway, I have a feeling that those stupid drag-and-drop questions have been the reason for me being unable to pass. They probably have a lot of marks assigned to them, so I guess its impossible to pass without answering at least 50% of those drag-and-drop questions correctly. I had got 7 such questions in my exam, and I answered the one related to 'blog' as per your comment.

So please provide any tips you can, because I'm desperate to pass this next week. I have over 4 years of hands-on experience and have also obtained several Microsoft certifications (most of them without using dumps), but this particular exam is turning out to be a REAL nightmare.

I'm sorry you have failed the exam, but I wouldn't post the wrong answers intentionally, because there is absolutely no point doing that, if I didn't want to help you guys succeed, I simply would never have posted these questions in the first place. I am sure you got some of these questions on your exam, so you can see I'm not bulls**ing.

During the weekend I will compare this and the premium VCE dump and merge the 2, and also extend it with the questions & answers posted here. (although I haven't tried the VCE Designer yet)

Just a bit of advice for you: Instead of accusing me of posting the wrong answers, I'm sure others would have been happier if you had posted some questions from your exam that were not in this dump.

Well....being a Windows Application developer myself with 3+ years of experience, I can safely say that most, if not all, of HappyBunny's answers are correct. I too failed this exam with 600 2 months ago, when I had attempted it without using any dumps.
To even have a chance at passing this exam, you need this Luka 151q dump, the premium VCE from examcollection and also HappyBunny's inputs. Even with all this, you're not guaranteed to pass. This exam seems to be totally jinxed for some reason. Forget free dumps, even paid dumps for this exam are invalid. Some reliable providers (like TestKing, Passguide etc.) are not even offering this exam's dumps for sale. To add insult to injury, this exam is being retired on 31st July 2014.

So, this is my advice to anyone intending to take this exam. Take it only if its ABSOLUTELY essential for you. Otherwise, its not worth the trouble. You'll just end up getting frustrated and also lose money which you paid for the exam. I'm planning to attempt it once again by using the dumps and HappyBunny's questions, but still not certain about it.

There was a question regarding lazy loading with C# sample code, 3 classes. In the main method a context was created (POCO entities btw) and then 3 queries. You had to decide which one would contain certain data and which one wouldn't. True/false scenarios.

Drag and drop question about eager loading. Blog and Posts entities, you want to write a query which would show every post for every blog.

So guys, here's my two cents:
This dump is good enough to pass the exam, passed it today with 742. Unfortunately this doesn't contain drag&drop and true/false questions, so during the weekend I'll give you a list of new questions. There are some questions in the premium dump that is useful and are not in this version, but from the questions that are present in both dumps I chose the answers from this one and I presume that made the difference.

Someone PLEASE provide valid dump for this exam. I tried even paid dumps from several sites, and they're all invalid. Especially those stupid drag and drop questions, no dumps (free or paid) have them. When there are good dumps for every other exam, I don't understand why there are not even paid valid dumps for this one. This exam will be retired on July 31st, so we only have around 3 moths to clear it. Microsoft isn't likely to update the questions again, so someone PLEASE provide a valid dump for this. Especially those annoying drag and drop questions.

There seem to be no valid dump for this exam anywhere on the internet. Forget free dumps, even paid dumps for this exam are invalid because they're too outdated. I tried the premium VCE from examcollection and Pass4sure dumps, but still invalid. In fact, most other sites like Passguide, Braindumps.com, Testking etc. have even stopped offering dumps for this exam. i just don't understand the reason for this.

From what i now - final date for 70-518 exam was 31.12.2013 ... and now Prometric not allows to schadule exam. Thats why i was trying to pass it in december ... but i my by wrong :)

Study Windows Narrator, Lazy Loading, Parametrized Threads, Include functions, data - model - presentation layers, error handling in wcf - wpf scenarios.

There was question about algorithm used to encript password - without option to decript so i belive correct answer is sha1.

Other questions was with drag-drop answers.

This is my dump which for some unknown reason appears to be from Luka. I just provided my answer to some questions which did not have it and added the questions listed in the previous dump from Vit.
Who took the exam is welcome and expected to provide hints of the new questions like it has been done in this exam and in others; I went through the questions and can not find the wrong answers, maybe the questions in the exam are not exactly the same provided in this dump as someone suggested previously.

This dump Is not so valid probably with a lot of wrong answers and that the exam contained about 20-25 new questions, drag and drop and some kinda tabular radio button selection type question, at least the ones that where in the dump should still hav me covered cos I knew the answers very well but I ended up failing with a 543. Not so good huh, please find a way to update this dump till nxt yr bro....thanks.

Nope ... this dump is not walid ... not 100%. There was 16 new questions, all answers to othere 48 questions i give from this dump ... im 100% sure 8 answers from new ones ... and i got 700 poinst :) exactly ... so not valid but you have Chance
