Ken - Q3. Is the answer not A&D? It is unlikely that you would use the NPS server as a proxy in this situation. Surely you would configure the RRAS servers to point to NPS1 as the Radius Server.

Q5 How did you arrive at that answer when Server 2 only has the File Server Role installed?

You cannot use /Remove-Package to remove .msu files.
