The correct order is:
Restore Database in SP2013 farm
Test-SPcontentdatabase
Mount-Contentdatabase

in the exam it is stated that you first have to mount the database and then the test command. see technet: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc263299.aspx
it is explained in the video tutorial.

Regarding my previous post I will correct myself. Workflow service is not even existing in sharepoint as that name. So I Think the right answere is:

I think that mixed q20 is wrong.

I have the VCE Designer, but I can't seem to change the time limit on each section. I can go in and change it, but it always reverts back to 20 minutes. Which would be fine for the case studies, but the mix questions no. Anyone know how to change it? I've also tried making a new exam and copying each question set, and it still only allows 20 minutes. Any help is appreciated.

Install Powerpivot for SP2013, you don't need SQL Server 2012 Media, just download SQL Server 2012 SP1 Feature Pack (2 questions) http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj218795.aspx
Read Only State is not available for SQL Instance Object (2 questions). The answer is ALTER DATABASE. for each content databases.
Full control on Metadata Service Application, you have to select "Administrators" tab.
SharePoint Upgrade, you have to test the restored content database before mount it, because the mount operation will start the upgrade process. This cmdlet is available for an unattached content database too.
