VCPC510 (this one) is for those who are not VCPVCD510 this exam covers both VCPVCD510 and VCP510-IaaS

VCP510-IaaS (wrongly published here as VCPVCD510) is for those who are already VCPVCD510 and want to certify for Cloud do the VCP510-IaaS exam.

So he is partially correct that in both the exams have VCP510-IaaS questions, but in preperation beforehand they are totally different.

If you try to register for the IaaS exam without being VCPVCD510 VMWare will not allow you to proceed.

i just did the vcp5-vcloud training and trainer told that exam is the same for iaas and vcloud

No you cannot use the IaaS exam for VCPC510. The main difference between this exam and the IaaS is that with IaaS you are expected to already have your VCP510-DCV certification. If you do not have that you cannot take the IaaS exam and have to do this exam. here are some of the differences I found on PearsonVue about the two certifications:

For IaaS:
umber of Questions: 85 questions, with a pre-exam survey of 8 questions

Type(s) of questions: multiple choice; some questions will require only one selection while others may require two or more selections. Questions clearly state the number of required selections.

Passing Score: 300, on a scaled score of 100 to 500

Time Limit: 90 minutes for the exam plus an additional 15 minutes for the pre-exam survey. Candidates testing in countries where English is not the primary spoken language will have an additional 30 minutes for the exam (120 minutes total)

For vCloud:
Number of Questions: 240

Type(s) of questions: Multiple choice; some questions will have more than one correct answer. Questions with more than one answer will clearly indicate the number of answers required.

So using the IaaS exam here to prepare for this one is strongly disadvised.

I did not use this particular one , and study the previous one VCPVCD510. It was not valid, there were a lot of new questions, but more on infrastructure side then vcloud director. The VCPVCD510 has some valid content put there is a lot more infrastructure content then i expected. I pass but barley had to rely on my VCP knowledge on filling in the gaps of non related vcloud director content.
