Just to put things into perspective. I have been working with VMware products since workstation was in beta. I have my VCP3, VCP4 and now VCP5. Also all my VCA exams...which are a bit of a joke. I used the blueprint to know what topics will be covered. Took the mock exams on the VMware site multiple times...used the vReference from Forbes. 25 hours of studying, at most.

Personally, I thought the VCP4 exam was harder.

2) take notes from the whitepapers they have from the class create a guide

Remember one question where they replaced Workstation 8 with 9 in the following question:
