Passed with score of 350... robber vce is good also if possible do a lab, it will give you more knowledge of menus and vsphere functionality..

Did you guys get any database configuration for VCS questions?

Any NPIV questions?

I passed VCP today. I do have more than 8 months experice on Esx 3.5.

Some advice:

1. Mock tests and Dumps do help.
2. questions and options looks same but are quite different from Dumps, so need to have some knowledge around all the concepts.
3. Go through the guides on Vmware website , they look lengthy but they are not as most of the times they say ..file >> options > check and umcheck

I sat and passed, and to be honest, if you are thinking of going to exam with these dumps, think again !

VMWare revamp their questions in December 2010 and it is completely different from these dumps.

As an example, I find most of the questions in this format >

In the dump, the questions may go as :-

1. which of the following are transport vehicles ?
A. car
B. truck
C. cat
D. dog

in the exam, it will go as >

1. which of the following are transport vehicles ?
A. 4 wheeler 4 doors front wheel drive
B. 6 wheelers
C. 6 wheelers with 8 wheels trailer
D. 3 side doors + bonnet

You get the idea?
If you don't know the description of the car or truck, then you wil need all the luck you can get.

Memorising the answers from the dump?
Think again if you don't know the stuff.

Anyone, know the breakdown of the studyguid? Ie, the topics are given, but what pages to look at to study?

But it only gives details for the first few topics. it lists down the pages you need to study. The VMware documentation has a lot of information, I think some of it can be irrelevant to the exam. The study guide even feels quite broad to me.

this morning i did exam for the second time. and also failed. first 286 points and now 281. it felt like that i had arround 65 question correct answered, but faild. You cant see what you did to correct. i hope there are people who can give me tips. i used few dumps from here studied for 1 month now.

i am kind of a out of options what to do?

C is not the correct answer because of the "Other LUNs from the
same storage array are visible." statement in the question. if the zoning was wrong, the ESX server wouldn't see any LUNs from the array

@COD, im not sure with the A answer, coz service console is part of vmfs of esx. but im sure on C

Study this dump well and YES, READ the QUESTIONS CAREFULLY. It needs just little common sense for a few REWORDED QUESTIONS and figure out the answers.

Those who are just complaining that "dumps are not valid, old dumps, bla bla bla" are simply those who DO NOT KNOW CONCEPTS or just simply BLINDLY MEMORIZING.

I got 338/500. Preparation started from 12:00am till 5:00am. Slept only for 2 hours for exam at 9:00am. I will not mention the date attempted for exam but for sure 3rd week on Jan 2011.

And for those guys who does Parrot Studying.. STOP demoralizing people/members. Cheers to all of you and all the BEST.

Failed today. These dumps are all pretty useless. You get 90mins for 85 Q's and they can be on anything.
