@Thiru, you can't take the exam without attending a class (attending the class, provides you with the calss ID.

Took the exam last Friday in USA. Scored ~450. Every question was in this dump. Most questions (not all) were even in the same order. I had no inverse questions either. When I started the test, I was sure that it would be 100% different and I would be screwed, but I am happy to say that was not the case.
While I did a ton of studying and took the class, this dump made the test a piece of cake. Thanks Gubu!!!

I passed today with a score of 350/500. I could got a higher score, but it's hard enough to remember all 399 questions. I did have 5 new questions in this exam (nothing to worry about).

In order to achieve VCP5 status, I had the following training;
- Official vSphere 5.1 Fast Track training (5 days in a classroom)
- Mastering vSphere 5 by Scott Lowe
- hands on experience

Dump still valid in Poland. Passed today with 470/500. All questions from dump. One question has different answers.

Gubu's dump is the test. Every question that was on my exam was contained in this dump. One or two questions had wording that was a little different, but nothing that would throw you. I passed with 450/500. Be sure that you actually know the answers to the questions and aren't just memorizing the "order" or location of the answer as on the real exam the answers are ordered differently.

F31 Should be D, but you have B. The key word in the question is "server" not database. If the vCenter Application is stalled, then that server would suffice for a Update Manger database as well. The question is asking if you need an additional database "server", not just database.

A vCenter Appliance (vCSA) with an external DB2 database would force you to add another physical server for Update Manger since it's database can only be installed on SQL or Oracle.

That's why B (vCenter Application with default database) cannot be the answer.

i have one doughy about the answer in the following question:
in Exam F Q 5, i think the correct answer is C

@CU: I agree that A. Network Adaptor could be right too. Due to the answering possibilities I stuck with the default answer.
I think the question is a legacy question from the VCP4 exam because in ESXi 4 there is no possibility to change any networking option including the adaptor in the Typical wizard. I should really remove that question.

2. Storage (datastore) & option to turn off storage drs if on a datastore cluster.
3. Guest Operating System.

@Sohail from Dubai: the passing mark is 300 out of 500: 60%. There's 85 questions in the exam so to get 60%: 85 / 100 = 0.85 x 60 = 51. You need 51 questions to pass so you can fail 34.
NB: I'm sure all questions are not marked equally so I won't rely on just getting 51 right to pass!!!!!
